All properties within the Las Playas Subdivision are subjected to various restrictions.
These deed restrictions govern the use and occupancy of the properties and are generally
intended to preserve the quality and residential character of the neighborhood. Deed
Restrictions were set down to ensure the uniform orderly development and maintenance
of the respective properties. Any type of construction on your property must be approved

Each lot within the subdivision will be kept well mowed, clear of weeds and underbrush by and at the expense of the respective property owners.
No lot shall be used as a dumping ground for rubbish or for open storage purposes. No boat, trailer, truck or automobile shall be stored in any street or road or in the front of any residence at any time. Neither the street nor front yard for any residence shall be used as a parking area for vehicles.
We encourage all owners to follow the deed restrictions and maintain their properties for the benefit of themselves and every subsequent owner of property situated in Las Playas.
A copy of the deed restrictions for a certain section will be given at the time of closing on a home; but if not, a copy may be obtained from the Homeowners’ Association by written request, or printed from this website. The Deed Restrictions can be viewed below:
