Our neighborhood is important to all of us and it is our individual duty to help keep our neighborhood litter free.

Equally important is obeying our traffic laws. There have been numerous reports of speeding vehicles, pets run over and killed along with near misses of people on foot being hit.
Please obey the traffic signs. THE SPEED LIMIT IN LAS PLAYAS IS 20 MPH. The Sheriff’s Department is aware of the situation and will monitor our subdivision.
Please help us keep our area clear of trash and cans. A report may be made to the
Environmental Health Department 979-
